Extensive Product Line


The extensive product line includes kraft and foil faced and unfaced batt and roll insulation designed forbatts thermal protection and sound control. R-values are available from R-11 to R-38. Guardian Fiberglass also manufactures a complete line of loose-fill insulation, including Stable R, Supercube II®, and AtticGuard Plus® for ceiling applications, and high density products such as AsureR Plus and UltraFitDS Plus spray-on insulation systems for pneumatic installation in walls.

Guardian produces a number of specialty products for the commercial construction industry.

Two of Guardian’s most innovative and patented products are AsureR Plus® and UltraFitDS Plus®. Both are specially-designed fiberglass insulation products that create a seamless blanket of insulation in side walls. Because it creates a monolithic seal, caps and voids are significantly reduced. It conforms to all shapes and sizes of wall cavities and fills in and around all wall obstructions. AsureR Plus and UltraFitDS Plus are state of the art technology.

Another significant product produced by Guardian is faced metal building insulation. This product reduces energy costs, controls condensation, improves noise control and provides enhanced light reflectance. As the only manufacturer with numerous strategically located laminating facilities throughout the U.S., Guardian is the largest supplier of metal building insulation in the industry. It is also the only North American manufacturer that ships specialty insulation for pre-engineered metal buildings directly from its plants to general contractors and building construction companies.

Basement wall insulation is another specialty product available in R-11 perforated white or FSK facing, offered in 48” and 88” widths. R-13 and R19 are available upon special order.

Purlin Glide FP™ is an OSHA compliant fall prevention and insulation system for metal buildings. It is one of Guardian’s most respected installation systems. It offers a simple, easy and fast labor-saving process for installing insulation while providing leading edge fall prevention. This system can be used effectively on all building sizes and works on most major brands of metal buildings, purlins and bar joists. It has the added benefit of a finished appearance with no visible seams.


 

Attic GuardAttic Guard Plus® is the thermally efficient, cost effective way to protect your home investment from continually rising fuel and energy costs.  This product provides consistent thermal preformance, looks great, and makes insulating those difficult areas easy.  Attic Guard Plus® is non-corrosive, non-combustible, non flammable and pest resistant.  It is also formaldehyde free.

 

StableRStable-R stabilized fiberglass attic insulation is a unique and patented insulation product which will help protect against rising energy costs.  By increasing the fiberglass density and bonding fibers together, Stable-R is able to virtually eliminate any internal convection within the insulation, assuring you of consisten thermal performance.  Stable-R provides extra value: no R-value guessing; helps prevent settling; virtually eliminates dust and airborne fiber; and resists wind wash.  This product is perfect for use as Poultry House insulation.
